1. Returns

You can return  items within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

1.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely and affix the provided shipping label.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2.2. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Items with signs of use or damage not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
  • Items missing parts or accessories

2.3. Non-Refundable Items

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed similarly to returns, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement item.

If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit or full refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@bawanakart.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.
